Refund policy

With few exceptions, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you think you have good reason for a return and would like to request one you may at: nathansemporium@gmail.com. The items need to be completely unused and unopened for a return to be considered.

Some reasons we do not consider are:

I've changed my mind.

Items came too late.

The recipient didn't like what I got them

etc.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you get it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
If you qualify for a refund you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. You can ask any refund questions at nathansemporium@gmail.com
